Débrouillard Inc. is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to deliver your Pentathlete by Débrouillard merchandise and other quality products safely and promptly.
Shipment Processing Time
Weekly Shipping Schedule: Orders received by 8pm CST on Sunday each week will be mailed two days later on Tuesday afternoon. When possible, we will make shipments more accelerated than that, but currently we are shipping only each Tuesday.

International Shipping Policy
US Only Operations: We currently ship only within the United States. International orders are not accepted except under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Shipping Address Changes
Before Shipment: Address changes can be accommodated before your order ships by contacting hello@pentathlete.com immediately.
After Shipment: Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Photograph the package and contents immediately
- Contact hello@pentathlete.com within 48 hours
- Do not discard packaging materials until instructed
Lost Packages: For packages showing as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 24 hours for delayed delivery

Resolution Guarantee: We will work with carriers to resolve delivery issues and ensure you receive your order.
