Shipment Processing Time
Weekly Shipping Schedule: Orders received by 8pm CST on Sunday each week will be mailed two days later on Tuesday afternoon . When possible, we will make shipments more accelerated than that, but currently we are shipping only each Tuesday.
Processing Standards :
All products undergo quality verification before shipment
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time
Athletic apparel is carefully inspected and packaged to maintain product integrity
High Volume Periods : Shipments may be delayed during high order volume. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. High volume periods may include:

International Shipping Policy
US Only Operations: We currently ship only within the United States. International orders are not accepted except under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Shipping Address Changes
Before Shipment: Address changes can be accommodated before your order ships by contacting hello@pentathlete.com immediately.
After Shipment: Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
Photograph the package and contents immediately

Do not discard packaging materials until instructed
Lost Packages: For packages showing as delivered but not received:
Check with neighbors and building management
Wait 24 hours for delayed delivery
